Established in 1998, Development Construction Services, Inc. (DCS) provides a complete range of services in Owner Representation, Construction Management and Planning Coordination. Whether you are an individual or a large organization, if you are relocating, remodeling, or expanding your facilities, we can represent you every step of the way, always with your best interest in mind. The DCS staff has successfully completed over 200 projects in more than 23 states. We offer a strong combination of local and national expertise to analyze new systems, review existing conditions and plan for future feasibility.

Our staff is actively led by DCS President, Jana Bingham Gerow.

Jana has over twenty years of experience in Construction Management, Design Build Construction, and Owner Representation. She has specific trade experience in concrete and drywall as well as corporate project management, staff management, project costing and scheduling. Prior to starting DCS, Jana spent seven years serving the retail industry to build teams, manage construction and assure project flow. She successfully completed and participated in over 125 retail projects throughout the country. Managing these projects from the owner's perspective provided Jana with knowledge and concern of long term building operation, maintenance and efficient facilities management. While heading up the tenant finish division for a large office/retail developer, Jana managed projects for office and municipal buildings, banks, health clubs, medical facilities and industrial buildings.
